Guide on How to Have An Easy 6th Grade Experience

It’s the beginning of a new year and the 6th graders are still getting the hang of it. Here are 3 ways to have an easy 6th grade experience!

Do your work

Doing your work is very important, not just in school but at home. If your teacher makes you do work at home if you don’t finish your work at school, the best option in class is to not slack off because if you actually do your work and finish it, you will have less homework or even no homework at all!

Teachers sometimes give homework for the weekend, which sucks. Honestly, the best thing to do is do it! That way you won’t have double homework on Monday or another day.

Make good friends, stay out of drama.

Choosing the right friends is important because it is good that you surround yourself with people you care about, and they care about you. It’s also good for your mental health. Sometimes, friend groups have some problems that cause drama and when you’re not part of it people pressure you to pick a side. A great way to deal with these situations is to tell them that you’re not part of it and you’re not gonna be interfering in their argument.

Last year, team Tyr had a 30 book challenge. It is where you read 30 books, fill out a Google form and you can have a chance to win some prizes at the end of the year! So, if your team is doing a 30 book challenge, read! Who wouldn’t wanna win pop-its, books, toys, etc?
